At the UN Ocean Decade Regional Kickoff Conference for the Western Pacific and its Adjacent Areas held on 25-26 November 2021, Member States and partners of the IOC Sub-Commission for the Western Pacific and its Adjacent Areas (WESTPAC) facilitated 17 Decade Action Incubators to develop Decade Actions responding to ocean challenges in the region. These are:
